The project Frontier is taking shape and brings a commercial use concept to the vibrant district of Berlin-Neukölln. Depending on the tentant’s wishes, construction is possible using either sustainable timber hybrid construction or conventional methods with a high degree of serial prefabrication. Both construction methods enable a shortened construction time and therefor rapid completion of the building.
Frontier is located on Grenzallee and combines the advantages of urban integration with public transportation access and regional connectivity due to its proximity to BER Airport. The guiding principles are to develop an innovative, sustainable, and flexible project at the southern gateway of Berlin.
