The project “Frontier” is taking shape and brings an exciting commercial use concept to the vibrant district of Berlin-Neukölln.
Frontier is located on Grenzallee and combines the advantages of urban integration with public transportation access and regional connectivity due to its proximity to BER Airport. The guiding principles are to develop an innovative, sustainable, and flexible project at the southern gateway of Berlin, to give the location the recognition it deserves.
Accordingly, Frontier reflects all relevant aspects in its requirements profiles. The foundation is an extremely flexible floor plan concept, with no limits on unit sizes ranging from 270 to 6,500 square meters on one floor. The naturally lit spaces can be customized and complemented by usable courtyards and rooftop terraces.
